Octomore 13.3 is distilled with barley grown on Isaly and from single farm giving it a real sense of place and amazing flavour with the variable harvests of Isaly. Aged in Ex American whisky barrels and then a combination of European oak from both Rivesaltes in France and Ribera del Duero in Spain. The European oak gives structure to the spirit whilst the Amercian oak allows the spirit to shine.
