The .1 series are distilled from 100% Scottish barley. Aged in American oak primarily in a combination of Ex bourbon and Ex Tennessee whisky the spirit is around 5 years old and this expression has been recasked in 2021 first fill ex American oak to add yet more freshness. The result is a balance of tropical fruits, dark toffee and vanilla.
