Sometimes, we humans just want to have a good time. Fettercairn-28-yr comes fully blended in ex-bourbons. Developed for almost two decades, it pops into the air, releasing a fruity aroma, precisely banana, pineapple, and melon, before switching to warming ginger and liquorice. Lemon peel and black pepper mingle with walnuts and vanilla on the palate. And the finish has apricots and coffee lingering with a balsamic note. Fettercairn-28-yr has a reputable distillery ground such that it stays rich in nutrient. In recent times, it has now become a whisky for the culture.
